Beta Cryptoxanthin is a vitamin A carotenoid and it works in favor of the body to promote healthy skin and bones and it is said to help improve immune system functions. Beta Cryptoxanthin foods are yellow and orange fruits such as lemons, mangoes, grapefruits, pineapples, tangerines, yellow apples, golden kiwi, sweet corn and yellow tomatoes just to name a few. But in addition to eating healthy to have to stay active as well.

Exercise is a very important key in the war against arthritis. According to experts they say that water exercises are the best type of exercises for those people with arthritis. When you do water aerobics you are working the muscles but you are not pounding on them when you would exercise on land.
